flat and slouchy
October 15, 2006in preparation for the cooler weather here where i live, i have browsed and studied different fashion magazines with hopes to resuscitate my outdated fall/winter look. with too much catalogs at hand, i have found that i love and just recently developed a high obsession for flat or slouchy boots. they’re great paired with fall tunics and cashmere leggings. they’re also perfect tucked in skinny jeans topped with short jackets. they’re even lovely with short dresses and opaque stockings. the look options are endless and i have picked a few pairs that i’ve spotted online at bloomingdales. here are my choices that i have narrowed down from so many :
obviously, they all look comfortable enough and i love the suede look even with it’s high maintenance value. however, what do you all think? which one gets your vote?

I’m voting for the 3rd one… Love the knotted design… But i think its kinda expensive, so the first one for me will do.. teehee…

I’ve never liked slouchy boots, but these are actually very likeable. My vote goes unexpectedly to the Steve Maddens, the cheaper of the bunch.

i can’t decide either. i guess it comes down to how high you want your boots to be. have you considered black instead of brown?

I love the first pair! They remind me of a more casual version of a pair I bought recently…love the slouchy look!

I just found my future pair of boots. .I adore all of them but the price of the steve madden pair is too fabulous - my vote is for the first pair.

the first pair! im loving them– they remind me of my high school days. i had my first pair of suede ruched flat boots when i was in high school *hehe bring back the old days anytime!*
