behnaz everywhere
August 22, 2006favorite designer to young celebrities - behnaz sarafpour - has gone out of the designer mold by working with lancome for a limited-edition red lipstick, which coincidentally debuts with ny fashion week in september. next month, we’ll have a peek at the red shade she created with the premier cosmetic house. so far, nothing else has been written about this except a little feature from our monthly fashion mag subscription, instyle, where i have sourced this important info. well, we’ll all just have to be patient and constantly check lancome’s website for it’s launching.
as everyone probably knows, behnaz is also the next designer to feature price-slashed collection with target’s highly successful go international campaign. come november, this adorable line will be available in your local target stores just in time for the holidays.
I think I was reading about this in US Elle. Gucci Westman of Lancome is very good friends with Behnaz, apparently and designed a magenta hued lipstick for her. Definitely going to check it out when it hits stores, the lancome launch will correspond with Behnaz’s show.

I have a B.S. skirt similar to that first one. If I had known she would make a similar one, I would have skipped. hmm ok ok maybe not. heh I don’t even wear skirts. My legs are too white.

I saw it on one of her past runway shows, so I hopped to the Galleria months later. Turns out that Houston Saks or Neiman didn’t (or doesn’t?) sell the line, so she (SA) advised me to order it through another store that does. (I had to order it via phone through Saks in CA) I have no idea why I did it. I only wear skirts when I have tights or hose that cover my pale limbs Do you know of any boutiques or department stores that sell it?
