I adore Rachel Roy! She definitely has great style. I know a lot of people don’t seem to like her because of the whole Rachel/Damon/Aaliyah thing but who cares? The woman’s got style!

i just saw her collection and all i can say is WOW! they are gorgeous! did she design them? hehehe. i guess i’m saying that coz she came from rocawear. but then with this line, it’s more reflective of her image and style.

Did you know that in the beginning, pre “Rachel Roy” label days, she told Damon Dash she wanted to start a higher end Rocawear (since he’s the CEO of RW), but Damon saw it as its “own,” and definitely not Rocawear. He thought since her clothing is too sophisticated looking for it to be RW, she should start her own line. That’s when a new brand was established.
CHARISSE : yeah, she’s been with rocawear for awhile. i’m really liking what she’s created so far with rachel roy. step aside, kimora lee!

Can’t even mention KLS and RR the same breath! RR has much gentler, softer presence. Though it was mentioned above that according to Página Seis DD cats around on her like the jerk that he must be. Sad.
We think RR is just very, very elegant, too.

i saw a gorgeous RR dress in the window of bergdorf’s. i like her style, but just curious-why isn’t she rockin her wedding ring in most of the pics?
