houston’s got a winner!
March 9, 2006homegirl chloe dao is the new winner of project runway season 2! i knew this was coming. her popular boutique closed in the past few weeks for some major renovation. a planned expansion was finally realized. that would have been a hint for us all.
i still have some doubts but after watching her runway show tonight, i knew then that she was the winner! the previous slides/shots of her show on different fashion blogs and sites did not do justice to her collection. seeing the clothes’ movements on the models made me realize how fabulous her workmanship was. they were perfectly cut. they fit very well. i love the silhouettes and i’m crazy about the colors. i love the fabrics, too, they’re stiff but yet romantic.

i like her style. love the third dress.

and the model that won, too, was just perfect for that elle magazine spread (that’s the third girl in the pics)!

Shelly, you should see the back of the 3rd dress. It’s amazing.
Yay and congrats to Chloe too. I cried along with her sisters and mom too. Tears of joy! Haha. She does know how to flatter a woman’s figure. Look at those hourglass seams on her dresses. I don’t think I’ve seen them before.
I still luff Daniel though. And even Santino. The show has come to an end. Sniff. It was a great season, that’s for sure!

your clothes are beautifully designed and perfection itself. But best of all is your attitude during the whole show, you made us Vietnamese American very proud of you!
